A nourishing seasonal broth blend of reishi, nettle, oatstraw, burdock, and dandelion for immune and metabolic support that will add delicious flavor & minerals to any homemade bone or veggie broths. Simply add a couple tablespoons to your favorite broth recipe while cooking and then strain herbs along with veggies and bones. Nettle leaf, Burdock root and Dandelion root are backyard grown using organic practices right here in the Driftless region. Oatstraw and Reishi are organically sourced non-locally.

Size: 50g herbs in a glass jar.

Ingredients: Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Oatstraw (Avena sativa), Burdock root (Articum lappa), Dandelion root (Taraxacum off.)

Jess Krueger is an herbal educator living on the occupied lands of the Sauk & Meswaki, Ho-Chunk and Očhéthi Šakówiŋ in SW Wisconsin.

Her herbal practice is grounded in nourishment, utilizing locally abundant backyard plants and kitchen medicine. Her ancestral roots of Eastern and Northern Europe provide inspiration and inform the creation of her herbal remedies.

Jess has taught herbal classes throughout the upper Midwest and online. Favorite topics are kitchen medicine, working with locally produced menstruums, herbal soup & broth and herbs for family health.

Jess is also a therapeutic mentor and full spectrum doula in practice for almost 20 years. Other pursuits include movement, knitting, and community building.
